Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline during Typhoons and Extreme Conditions:
If Typhoon warning signal No. 8 or higher or extreme conditions are in effect during working hours, Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline will close. If Typhoon warning signal No. 8 and any extreme conditions are cancelled before or at 12:00 noon, Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline will resume two hours after cancellation of typhoon warning signal No. 8 and any extreme conditions, conditions permitting.
Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline during Black Rainstorm Warning:
If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before bank opening and remains in effect by 12:00 noon, Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline will close on that day. If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during working hours, Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline will stay in service where conditions permit. If Black Rainstorm Warning is issued before bank opening and is cancelled before or at 12:00 noon, Service Centre and Customer Service Hotline will resume services two hours after the Black rainstorm Warning is cancelled, conditions permitting.
